If you have not yet created your group:
- From the Collaborate domain page, click "Add a Group" to create a new group.
- On the new group creation screen click the checkbox for "Check for Private Membership." By choosing Private Membership, members may not request membership, and they must be invited by a group admin (this will initially be you).
If your group already exists:
- Contact Hub Site Administrators to help you change an existing public group to a private group.
