When you visit The Hub website, we log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type. When you become a member of The Hub, you agree to provide us with a contact email address. A basic Profile page will automatically be created for you which will show, subject to you entering your information in these fields:

· name suffix
· job title
· self-introduction bio statement
· actors with which you identify
· topics of interest
Your email address and password will not be displayed as part of your profile. It is the user’s responsibility to manage and maintain the information they choose to make publicly viewable within their personal profiles on The Hub. We may also use this information to contact you in the future unless or until such a time that you say you do not wish us to do so.
When you request to receive information, notifications or other forms of update communications from The Hub, your email address will be the only information used to transmit this information.
We will not share any personal information you provide us, including your email address and password data, with third parties.
The database holding your personal details is held in the UK and the 1998 UK Data Protection Act applies. You have the right to inspect and update your personal details. You can do this yourself by following the instructions given on this website.
